This 10K challenge can be completed any time before or on the 14th of February (Valentines Day).

To complete this challenge you must complete a 10K distance. This can be done alone, or with a partner, in one of the following ways:

1. In a pair completing 5k each on Valentine’s Day, reaching 10k in total with that special someone
2. 10K alone on Valentines Day for the lonely hearts club
3. 5K alone on two separate days anytime of the year
4. 5k in a pair on any day or days of the year

By taking part, you will be contributing to vital leukaemia and blood cancer research.
